start_app creates an app, and places it on the top of the app stack.
Usage
start_app(
theme = getOption("cli.theme"),
output = c("auto", "message", "stdout", "stderr"),
.auto_close = TRUE,
.envir = parent.frame()
)
stop_app(app = NULL)

- .envir
